CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Description:
Dehydrated preparation for Chocolate Mousse.
Ingredients:
Chocolate powder (70%), hydrogenated vegetable fat, glucose syrup, coloring: caramel, emulsifier: lactic and fatty acid esters of glycerol, milk proteins, stabilizers: calcium phosphate, sodium sulfate, sodium carbonate, sodium pyrophosphate, thickner: sodium alginate, sugar.
Directions:

1- Mix powder with cold milk in a mixing bowl.
2- With an electric mixer, mix at low speed for 2 minutes. As mousse increases in volume, increase mixer to     highest speed for 4 to 5 minutes. Z
3- Pour into serving dishes. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving. Yield: 90 servings.

Shelf life & storage :
24 months.
Store covered in a dry place.
Best Before: see the bottom of the can.
