DESCRIPTION:
Dehydrated preparation for Pastry Cream.
Ingredients:
Sugar, potato modified starch, palm hydrogenated oil, egg yolk, lactose, sodium alginate, calcium lactate, sodiumdiphosphate, vanilla natural extract, milk proteins, egg yolk and annatto, caramel flavor (dextrose, natural flavoring, caramel color).
DIRECTION:

1- Mix powder with cold milk in mixing bowl.
2- With an electric mixer mix at high speed to get a smooth cream.
3- Refrigerate.

SHELF LIFE & STORAGE :
24 months.
Store covered in a dry place.
Best Before: see the bottom of the can.
