DESCRIPTION:
Dehydrated preparation
NET WEIGHT: 45.5 oz (1.300 kg)
DIRECTION:
3.5oz for 1 pint of cream + 1 pint of half and half.

1. Mix powder with the cold cream and the half and half until dissolved.
2. Bring to a boil while stirring.
3. Cook for 2 minutes and stir occasionally. Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate. The creme brulee may be flavored to your liking and it can also be used for fruit gratins, tart fillings, etc...

MODO DE EMPLEO: 100g para 1 pinta de crema + 1 pinta de media crema.

1. Mezclar el polvo con la crema fria y la media crema hasta que disuelva.
2. Revolver hasta que hierva.
3. Cocinar por 2 minutos revolviendo de vez en cuando, remover, servir en recipientes y refrigerar. La Crema Catalana se le pueden agregar otros sabores, y tambien se puede usar para gratinado de frutas, relleno de tartas, etc...

Best before: See bottom of the can. Store in dry place. Well cover after use.
